How do I verify my identity for payouts?

Go to the Settings page and complete the Identity Verification. You will need to upload a valid government ID. Verification typically takes up to 24 hours.

Can I manage multiple creator accounts under one identity?

We permit one creator account per person. However, you can create and manage multiple courses under your single account.

How do I reset my password?

You can request a password reset from the login page. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will also need your verification code.
